Why we hold it

If you sign up for our updates, we use your email address to send occasional insights and news. Our lawful basis is your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails and booking details for three years after our last contact, until you unsubscribe from our updates, or unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as we need them for the work and our legal obligations.
Who else handles it
- Calendly, which runs our booking system.
- Google Workspace, our email provider.
- Mailchimp, which manages our mailing list and sends our updates.
- Our website host, Netlify, which may keep basic server logs for security.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legally approved safeguards.
